This statement applies to those PanelVAwebsites and services that display or link to this notice(“Services”).  PanelVA prohibits the use of the Services inany manner associated with the transmission, distribution or deliveryof any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("Spam"). Youmay not use any Services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam orcause Spam to be delivered to any of PanelVA's Services orcustomers.

In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to besent, to or through the Services may not:

Use orcontain invalid or forged headers;

Use or containinvalid or non-existent domain names;

Employ anytechnique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information inidentifying the point of origin or the transmissionpath;

Use other means of deceptiveaddressing;

Use a third party's internet domainname, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, withoutpermission of the third party; 

Containfalse or misleading information in the subject line or otherwisecontain false or misleading content; 

Failto comply with additional technical standards described below; orOtherwise violate the applicable Terms and conditions for theServices. 

PanelVA does not permit orauthorize any attempt to use the Services in a manner that coulddamage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of theServices, or that could interfere with any other party's use andenjoyment of any Service.  If PanelVA believes thatunauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, itmay,

If PanelVA believes that unauthorized orimproper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, takesuch action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, includingblocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IPaddress. PanelVA may immediately terminate any account on any Servicewhich it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or isotherwise connected with any e-mail that violates thispolicy.

Unauthorized use and violation of thispolicy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penaltiesagainst the sender and those assisting thesender.
